Hello Everyone!
So I know I’ve already featured Swagbucks in an Apps That Pay You post – but – since I’ve featured it there have been quite a few changes to how swagbucks operates – and also on how I earn swagbucks.
You can sign up for Swagbucks Here.
I still *yes*still* love swagbucks. I think it is such an easy way to earn gift cards that everyone should be doing it. I have been a loyal swagbucks user for over 2 years now. For all the skeptics out there – yes you actually earn gift cards and no it’s not hard to earn them. I earn at least $25 in gift cards a month easy – but I have a system now (although I’ve had to tweak it since the changes were made). I can get anywhere between $25 – $45 a month depending on the types of gift cards I choose but I always get at least $25 per month.
The best bang for your buck – at least in my opinion – is to get the amazon gift cards and I’ll explain this below.
So the entire premise of Swagbucks is to earn these points that are called swag bucks by doing random things and you then cash in those ‘bucks’ for gift cards. You can choose to do what ever you would like to earn swagbucks (SB). There are a few different ways to earn them – you can use the swag search when you are doing internet searches for a chance to ‘win’ SB. You can also answer surveys, watch videos, play games, shop, and complete little brand activities, all of which earn you swagbucks.
The best reward that I think swagbucks offers is the $25 Amazon gift card. You can trade in 2,200 SB for the $25 gift card (at least your first one of the month – past the first one it jumps to 2,500 SB but resets every new month).
In case you are wondering – no I do not use all of the ways to earn swagbucks and here’s why – because it just gets overwhelming. Hence my development of a system!
So instead of telling you what I don’t do on Swagbucks – I’ll tell you what I actually do and my system.
First Things First – I use ALL of the swagbucks apps and I almost always max them out for points for the day. I will have them playing when I am cleaning, blogging, or cooking. There are 6 different apps you can use (and yes the random periods in the middle of words are suppose to be there):
SwagbucksTV – 36 SB per day
EntertainNow – 18 SB per day
Lifestylz.tv – 18 SB per day
Sport.ly – 18 SB per day
Indymusic.tv – 18 SB per day
Movicli.ps – 18 SB per day
So in total from all of the apps you can earn up to 126 SB each day and I almost always max them out. If you think about this – in a month with 30 days that is 3,780 per month – so right there I’ve earned a $25 amazon gift card.
Then there are these Daily Polls – where they ask you a question and you get 1 SB for answering – so per month that’s another 30 SB.
The Daily Crave is another thing I always do – it’s simply viewing websites randomly chosen for a particular amount of time (I think 30 seconds per site) and voting if you like it or not – that will get you 1 more SB per day (so another 30 per month).
Last but not least there are the NOSO’s – this is where you look at offers – I almost always tend to skip the offers (there is a skip button on the bottom right of every offer) but some I do sign up for – this earns 2 SB per day (so a total of 60 per month).
So in total just doing what I have listed above can earn you up to 3,900 SB per month. Which earns you the $25 amazon gift card and then about half way to your next one. You wouldn’t even have to max out your apps to earn the $25 amazon gift card. I would recommend doing the daily poll, NOSO’s and Daily crave because it is so easy and fast to earn that way and then use the various apps.
There are also swagcodes – you can earn anywhere from 1-8 SB per code – and on some days there are multiple codes!
Then – there are these great offers that come through that can earn you 2 SB for watching one video – I ALWAYS watch the video if I get that in my messages.
There are other ways to earn swagbucks but I rarely do them. I will occasionally play the SwagJump Game and watch a few online videos for SB but it’s not an every day thing – more like a once a week thing for me.
That is how I earn swagbucks since the change and it’s super easy to do. Plus I it’s a great way to save on your Christmas budget (or save for it) because there are always great Amazon deals around the Holidays.
